Job Descriptions :

Responsible & accountable for smooth operations of raw material, packing material, finished goods, engineering & miscellaneous warehouse of Mahad site.
Responsible & accountable for timely local purchase of engineering & miscellaneous Items.
Responsible & accountable for compliance with rules & regulations of Goods & Service Tax (GST), Central Excise, State Excise and Service Tax.
Responsible & accountable for compliance with legal metrology (Weights & Measures) Act.
To liaison with regulatory authority for licenses and renewals.
To provide distribution details to recall approving authority, on product recall, review and disposition of recalled and returned goods.
To raise insurance claim in case of damage of goods during transit.
To review and approval of warehouse SOP in Ensure system.
Disposal of scrap items.
To carry out self-inspections as SME as allotted by site quality and ensure compliance to the audit observations of warehousing facility.
Ensuring avoidance of breach of data integrity at all levels.
Ensuring implementation of effective sanitation activities at all the levels
Customer centricity.
