We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. Should have an experience in LED Lighting production line. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines 3. Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) 4. Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees 5. Ensure output meets quality standards 6. Enforce health and safety precautions 7. Report to upper management 8. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity 9. Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels 10. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
