Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Providing all possible administrative support to ensure efficient running of the office. 2) Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects etc. 3) Performing all necessary works related to the operation and management of the office and ensuring strict adherence to discipline and rule in the office. 4) Supporting team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. 5) Developing office staff by providing information and experiential growth opportunities. 6) Providing information by answering questions and requests. 7) Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 8) Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. 9) Developing and caring out an efficient documentation and filing system. 10) Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices. 11) Managing video conferencing, fax communications and office equipment. 12) Ensuring the office staff to discharge their assigned duties and maintain all records relating thereto. 13) Searching for at least 20 public grievances every month through various mediums and increasing revenue by giving membership to them. 14) Conducting training to new members and correspondents by making videos or by other means and by making all other necessary arrangements for this. 15) Performing all other necessary related works as per the instructions. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 1) Proven experience as an administrative executive or in other secretarial position. 2) Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures. 3) Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop etc. 4) Proficiency knowledge of speaking and writing in Hindi and English. 5) Exemplary planning and time management skills. 6) Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications. 7) High level verbal and written communications skills. 8) Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines). 9) Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence. 10) Exceptional, active social media presence and familiarity with mobile technology. 11) Pleasant, friendly disposition and strong interpersonal communication skills. 12) Available to work on a flexible schedule. 13) Strong organizational skills. 14) Outstanding problem-solving skills. 15) Good time management abilities. 16) Strong decision-making skills. 17) Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment. 18) Ability to work under stressful conditions and strict deadlines. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1) Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. 2) At least 1 year of work experience in administrative services or related fields. 2) Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be entry level position. 4) Competent computer skills including MS Office, Photoshop etc. 5) Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
