Back-end Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented back end executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, able to adapt to new tasks efficiently, and committed to delivering high accuracy in all work.

Key Responsibilities

*Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation

*Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements

*Plan and implement production activities in coordination with subordinate staff

*Handle data entry, verification, and reporting tasks

*Coordinate with front-end teams, sales, and management for process support

*Prepare reports, MIS, and performance summaries

*Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information

*Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization

*Manage emails, internal communication, and documentation flow

Required Skills:

*Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

*Basic understanding of data management and reporting

*Good communication and coordination abilities

*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Environment:

Office-based role with regular coordination across departments
