Responsibilities: Data Entry II Customer Satisfaction II Sales II Cold Calling Required Female for Client relationship and support. To send the mails regarding our products to the new customer . Maintain Relationship with the existing clients. Develop the Customer enquiries into business. Assist to the Director in Sales and Marketing. Team follow up on the behalf of the director. Reports presents to the director. Requirements - Only Female required. Good IQ level. Good Communication skills. Must have basic working experience in MS word, MS Excel and mails drafting . Need to be enough smart to handle the customer qualries. • Maintaining and updating CRM with relevant data and documentation • Answering inbound/outbound customer calls, as per requirement • Handling customer inquiries, clarifying information to achieve customer satisfaction • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to generate maximum value
