Job Description

  • Title: Customer Service Representative – Technical Support
  • Process: Technical (Voice, Inbound)
  • Location: Sector 75 Mohali Teleperformance
  • Shift: Day Shift (Rotational, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Eligibility


  • Education (Mandatory):
  • B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / 3‑Year Technical Diploma (after 12th)/ BSC Computer Science
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • Customer‑centric mindset with problem‑solving abilities
  • Willingness to work in rotational day shifts

  • Handle inbound technical support calls (Samsung products/devices)
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues accurately
  • Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Document call details and update records
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets
