• Lead our operations team, ensuring strict adherence to processes and achievement of key performance metrics.
• Apply your in-depth knowledge of both outbound and inbound operations to maximize team effectiveness.
• Motivate and manage team members to create a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Oversee process and metric management to maintain optimal operational performance. •
Conduct performance evaluations, offering feedback and strategies for continuous team improvement.
Job Requirements
• At least 2 year of experience as a Team Leader within a BPO or call center environment. •
Hands-on experience in managing both outbound and inbound call center operations.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities with a proven track record in team management and development
. • Expertise in process improvement and metric management to drive operational success.
