Job Description

• 6-9 years experience working as a Business Analyst in OSS in a Telco Operator
• Experience working with BPMN tools (ARIS 10)
• Experience working in full
• Capacity to take the user requirements
• Database model design
• High SQL knowledge
• Prototyping and wireframing
• Enough technical skills to understand the final solution
• Creation of reports and dashboards
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Team working using Agile frameworks
• Good English level
• BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE: (GROUPS OF THIS KNOWLEDGES FOR EACH ANALYST)
• Experience as Telco solutions analysis based on TMFORUM standards (ODA/ETOM/SID).
• Telco Business process understanding in one or more following areas: Network Planning, Network Design, Network Build, Network Testing, Network Automation, Number Management
• Knowledge in Telecom OSS application arquitectures
• Knowledge configuring/customizing vendor Network Planninn/Design/Build products: ArcGIS, ArcView,ArcGIS, ArcMap, ATOLL RF Planning & Optimization, MOSAIC, Network Engineer, Oracle Spatial, Oracle Discoverer
• - Knowledge in Telecom Networks (Fixed Access and Transport networks, Mobile 4G/5G core platforms, SVA, SS7, IMS, MPLS, 3GPP, Radio RAN/O-RAN...) from a OSS-Network Transformation (Network Planning/Design/Build/Testing/Automation)
