Description

▪Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

▪Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield.

▪Wash and peel fresh fruits, vegetables and also weight, measure and mix ingredients on correct proportions.

▪To be responsible to coordinate with Chef De Partie for how much quantity is required for the next day of frozen products for thawing.

▪Set-up the station with par stocks of menu items, and prepare the dishes designated for that station.

▪Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.

▪Keep the section clean and tidy.

▪Review status of work and follow-up actions required with the Chef De Partie before leaving duty.

▪Will be responsible to follow proper food safety standards in the kitchen while doing the PRP.
