Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Greet and welcome customers in a manner.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide assistance accordingly.
  • Provide information on special offers and value-added services to Popley Pure Members.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge:
  • Direct customers to appropriate counters, introduce them to various products, and actively participate in the selling process.
  • Build customer confidence through suggestive selling techniques to drive sales.
  • Conduct remote selling activities, such as sales through video calls, to maximize customer reach.
  • Prioritize selling of aged stock through remote methods while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Cross Selling and Promotion:
  • Perform cross-selling and cross-promotion activities, especially with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) customers, across all product categories.
  • Generate customer leads and increase footfall by actively marketing and promoting the store during events and exhibitions.
  • Call and invite customers to visit the store for special promotions and campaigns.
  • Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed about products and services offered by competitors.
  • Update product knowledge regularly and report market trends to superiors.
  • Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction:
  • Verify the accuracy of product details, weights, and invoices after a sale to ensure customers receive the correct products with the right information.
  • Pure Savings Program:
  • Inform customers about special offers and actively enroll them in the Pure Savings Program.
  • Implement strategies to maximize customer participation in loyalty programs.

This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, a strong understanding of the product range, and the ability to drive sales through effective communication and marketing efforts. The candidate should be adaptable to remote selling techniques and committed to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
