We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for a non-voice process. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Gujarati and capable of handling customer queries efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Handle customer queries and support requests (non-voice process such as chat/email).

Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain records of customer complaints, issues, and resolutions.

Prepare and update reports related to customer interactions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the manager when required.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.

*Required Skills:*

Good communication skills in Gujarati.

Basic understanding of customer service processes.

Ability to maintain records and generate reports.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
