Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Shott Amusement Limited - Unit no. 10, Behind Rajdhani Restaurant, Gate no. 2, NESCO centre, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate
Job Role:
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Explain and guide customers about games
- Handle billing, cashiering, and payment transactions
- Ensure a pleasant and engaging customer experience
Shift Details:
- 9 hours duty with 1 weekly off
Rotational shifts
Male Shifts:
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Note: Candidates must be flexible for all shifts during the first 15 days
