Job Description (JD):


The selected candidates will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and customer queries, and routing them to the concerned department as per the requirement.


Based on the department assigned after selection:


Loan Recovery Department: Candidate will handle recovery-related work through calls and emails.

ATM / Net Banking Department: Candidate will manage customer queries related to ATM, net banking, and other banking services through emails and calls.

 

Overall, the role involves handling and resolving different types of queries department-wise through calls and emails
