Delivery Project Executive - ADM

At IBM, our Project Managers excel by leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
  • Manages and oversees large, long range, or multiple complex projects.
  • Develops project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project or program objectives.
  • Establishes and monitors program priorities, objectives, and procedures, determining area objectives, targets of service, and resource needs allocation.
  • Provides leadership and direction to the functional team so that tasks and activities are coordinated for project scope control, quality control, communication management, change control management, risk management and issue management.

What you’ll do:
  • Should have extensive experience in managing and leading Account and support Projects.
  • Responsible for successful delivery of on-going Support and Transition programs.
  • Manages client engagements, ensuring delivery of solutions for complex IT, business and client requirements.
  • Well versed with the Next Gen AMS processes and should have experience of managing Support projects, improving productivity, tickets reduction.
  • Good understanding of ITSM processes and able to guide team.
  • Ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the Project Office, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction.
  • Builds client satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application, technical, and business solutions, responding to client requirements as specified in the contract or Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Works with the Project Office and delivery organization as a primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations with regard to assigned IBM team operations.
  • Provides account leadership to the service delivery team and direct teams to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables.
  • Manages contractual cost, schedule, and service or product deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization.
  • Manages resources and coordinate client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization.
  • Responsible identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability.
  • Owns quality for service provided by the delivery organization and is are responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Education Qualification - MCS/BE/Btech/MBA,
  • 10-15 yrs, Desired candidates will have worked for IT consulting majors, Big 4 firms or renowned Indian Pure-play firms in client-facing roles for 7-8 years

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Having Techno function knowledge.
  • Project experience in Financial service and Mobile
  • App development will be added advantage.
