Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, and improving overall online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Upload, update, and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, SEO keywords)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
• Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Optimize product visibility using SEO and promotional strategies
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, discounts, and offers
• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and product availability
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Preferred SkillsExperience with paid ads (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
