Designation :- Support Executive

We have an urgent requirement for two (2) off role staff for our Accounts Payable – Vendor Management and Darwin box Employee Reimbursement operations. Please find the detailed job requirements below:-

Position: Off Role Support Staff- Financial Management.

Preferred Location: Western or Central.

Experience: Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Payable – Vendor payments related activities.

• Managing Darwinbox – Employee Reimbursement.

• Operating the Query Resolution Desk via telephonic and email support

• Attending incoming calls and resolving queries related to AP Vendors and employee reimbursements

• Guiding staff and internal stakeholders

• Ensuring timely closure of queries through call or email.

Required Skill Set:

• Good command over English communication (spoken & written)

• Strong email drafting skills

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Ability to handle queries professionally and efficiently.
