Manager - Collection - Call Center - RFB - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM

1. Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the outbound calling team, setting clear objectives, and fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.

2. Performance Management: Set and monitor performance targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds goals for outbound calls, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.

3. Campaign Optimization: Strategically plan and optimize outbound calling campaigns to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.

4. Quality Assurance: Maintain high call quality standards, conduct regular call monitoring, and provide feedback to improve team performance.

5. Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

6. Data Analysis: Analyze call data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

7.Software and Automation : Automation of calling reports through dialer.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Proven experience in outbound call center management.

2. Strong leadership and motivational skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

4. Familiarity with call center software and technology.

5. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
