Pharmacy Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Healthcare Call Assistant to manage customer feedback interactions. The role involves collecting, recording, and addressing patient feedback to improve service quality. This is a non-sales role focused purely on customer experience and satisfaction within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect patient/customer feedback
• Record and maintain accurate feedback data in the system
• Understand patient experiences and highlight concerns or service gaps
• Escalate critical issues to relevant departments for resolution
• Ensure timely follow-up on feedback when required
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality during all interactions
• Prepare basic reports or summaries of customer feedback trends

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong listening skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Good organizational and documentation abilities

Qualifications

• Mandatory: B.Pharm. / M.Pharm.

OR

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food Science & Nutrition

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Prior experience in healthcare customer support or feedback management
• Basic understanding of healthcare services or patient care processes
