Role OverviewThe Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking customer orders from inventory shelves and packing them securely for quick delivery within the promised time.

• ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesPick items from warehouse shelves based on app/order list.
• Verify product quality, quantity, and expiry dates.
• Pack orders properly to avoid damage during delivery.
• Label packages and hand them over to delivery partners.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store/warehouse.
• Update inventory in the system when required.
• Follow safety and operational guidelines.
• 🎯 RequirementsMinimum education: 10th / 12th pass (varies by location).
• Basic smartphone handling skills.
• Ability to read simple English/Hindi (local language accepted).
• Physically fit (standing, walking, lifting small loads).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
• 💼 ExperienceFreshers can apply.
• Prior warehouse, retail, or supermarket experience is a plus but not mandatory.
