Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to standard tools, methodologies, and processes. - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project progress, risks, and issues, utilizing project management tools and techniques. - Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures, including project governance, risk management, and change management. - Create, Update project plan, track, monitor and report Effort, Cost and Schedule and related quality related metrics Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Program and Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture iPC Framework, Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run, Project Portfolio Management Tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MSPS - Project Plan, myWizard Application and its components - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Experience with project management tools and techniques, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality management. - Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Program and Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful programs and projects. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
