( explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc) Customer service pre and post sales. Support collection RMa??s in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases. Achieving Goal sheet numbers as per KPIa??s.
