Urgently required Relationship Officer/Manager for Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales for one of leading Financial Firm based in Mumbai.

Product:- All Types Of Loans(Secured/Unsecured Loans)

Current Opening:-

1. Relationship Officers-

2. Relationship Manager.

3. Finance Advisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for generating revenue through Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales.
• Generating business through DSA / Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.
• Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business.
• Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
• Ensure high level of customer service.
• Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
• Responsible for achieving team/branch business target.
• Ensuring that each employee is productive in each month.
• Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.

Desired Candidates profile:

• Thorough understanding of Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL Sales market.
• The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 years. (FRESHERS CAN APPLY)
• The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and personality , Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills

Qualification:- HSC / Graduate – Any stream & MBA-Finance/Marketing

CTC:- 2.40Lac pa to 12 Lac pa + Incentive(Based on Candidate)

Experience:- 1yrs to 15yrs
