Job Description
- Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify potential customers through calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Client Interaction & Needs AssessmentMeet or communicate with clients to understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable products or services
- Product Presentation & Demonstration Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
- Deliver presentations or demos to clients
- Sales Conversion & Closing Negotiate terms and pricing
- Close deals and secure orders
- Achieving Sales TargetsMeet or exceed assigned sales quotas
- Track performance against goals
- Customer Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Follow-ups & After-Sales Support Follow up on leads and existing customers
- Handle queries, complaints, and service issues
- Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of sales activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts
