Job description:
Make outbound calls to generate leads
Explain product to prospective buyers
Follow up on existing leads and maintain regular communication
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel)
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
Comfortable with calling and handling objections
Basic computer knowledge
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is an advantage
