Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Cold Calling || Sales • Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services • Responsible for generating Leads and F2F • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business • Developing opportunities with new customers • Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance • Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken • Follow up on the database / leads provided by Company.
