Kotak Life Insurance is looking for a motivated Recruitment Executive to join our team in Gariahat, Kolkata. The role involves identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented candidates to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking
📞 Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
🤝 Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
📝 Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
📊 Track hiring progress and report recruitment status to management

Requirements:
