Job Title: HR Hiring Manager – Blue Collar Recruitment
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi NCR (3 Openings)
Work Type: Hybrid (WFH + Field/Client Sites)
Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary & Benefits:₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)

Role Overview:Looking for experienced HR professionals to handle bulk hiring of blue-collar roles. This is a target-driven role focused on sourcing, coordination, and ensuring candidate joining.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end bulk hiring (technical & non-technical roles)
- Achieve minimum 30 candidate joins per month
- Source candidates via Apna, Indeed, JobX, WhatsApp, and referrals
- Manage employee referral programs and vendor partnerships
- Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely feedback
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and candidate joining
- Build pipeline through ITIs, polytechnics, and skill institutes
- Maintain daily/monthly recruitment MIS
- KPIs:30+ monthly joins
- Good offer-to-joining ratio
- Low dropout & replacement rates
- Timely closures
- 👤 Candidate Requirements:Graduate (any discipline)
- 3–5 years experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
- Experience in job portals, vendor handling & campus hiring
- Must know local language (as per location)
- Ideal Candidate:Strong in sourcing & coordination
- Target-driven mindset
- Good communication & follow-up skills
