Job Description
· Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, Apna Jobs, and other recruitment platforms.
· Handle blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
· Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
· Follow up on interview feedback and joining status.
· Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring.
