·        Sending RFQ (Request for Quotation) to vendors

·        RFQ negotiation (rate confirmation and freight negotiation)

·        PO generation / issuing in Tally Prime / ERP9 *

·        PO Emailing, confirmation by email with vendor coordination *

·        Receipt of materials at factory – Material receipt report from store keeper

·        Freight negotiation and delivery coordination with the transporter

·        Checking and approval of purchase bills

·        Checking MRN / GRN received from Factory

·        Co-ordination with factory people for stock

·        Stock valuation

·        PO generation / issuing in Tally Prime / ERP9 *

·        PO Emailing, confirmation by email with vendor coordination *

·        Sales orders to be updated in Production Plan

·        FG follow up with factory

·        Sending Pick up mail to clients

·        COA generation

·        Coordination with transporter and client for pickup of products

·        Generation of sales invoice (dispatch documents) E-Invoicing, E-way bill

·        Emailing and sending dispatch docs to clients
