Quickcom Express is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to drive outbound sales for our franchise business opportunities with Shadowfax, Delhivery, and Ekart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, explaining business opportunities, and converting leads into successful sales.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers to generate and qualify leads.
Explain franchise business opportunities, including investment details, benefits, and growth potential.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, relevant information to build trust and interest.
Maintain and update call records, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM systems.
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
Manage a structured sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
