Associate Director- Talent Acquisition
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director – Talent Acquisition to lead the hiring for two of our businesses. The incumbent will partner with business leaders, HR, and executive stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality talent outcomes that align with CRISIL’s growth and transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and Coordinators.
• Drive performance, capability-building, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability across the team.
Strategic Talent Acquisition
• Define and execute hiring strategies for senior and critical roles
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing talent insights, hiring strategies, and market intelligence.
• Build strong relationships with HRBPs, compensation teams, and external partners to enable seamless execution.
Process, Technology & Metrics
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
• Leverage ATS for effective decision-making.
• Drive data-backed hiring strategies by tracking key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, diversity representation).
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
• Enhance CRISIL’s employer brand by driving initiatives that position the firm as a preferred employer.
• Ensure a high-touch, consistent candidate experience
Qualifications & Experience:
• 13+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or people management role.
• Demonstrated success in managing leadership hiring mandates (AD and above).
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, talent advisory, and influencing senior business leaders.
• Proven capability in building and leading high-performing TA teams.
• Expertise in recruitment analytics, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools; ability to drive data-backed hiring.
