AI Transformation Director

Director of AI transformation

• 12–18+ years of overall experience with at least 3–5 years driving enterprise transformation, with at least 1-3 years of experience in driving AI-led transformation in financial services firms in CIO org or with large consulting firms or system integrators
• Proven ability to operate at C-suite level with strong influencing and change leadership capabilities
• Experience in a consulting/technology services environment preferred
• Deep understanding of GenAI landscape and enterprise-relevant solution applications
• Strong communication and program leadership skills
• Ability to manage a high-impact, cross-functional initiative with measurable business outcomes 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• Lead the AI Transformation initiative, acting as the central orchestrator and representative for the AI Hub initiative
• Drive alignment across lines of business to ensure consistent solution adoption and benefits realization
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for solution prioritization, adoption, and impact tracking
• Work closely with LOB sponsors, engineering teams, solution coaches, and corporate AI platform teams to ensure cohesive execution
• Champion a structured operating model for rollout, measurement, and evolution of AI-led solution adoption

Represent the initiative in leadership forums, reporting progress and influencing organizational alignment
