Job Description
Job Summary:**
As an Implementation Consultant at SS&C Fintech Svc India - Airoli, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and configuring our cutting-edge financial technology solutions for clients. This involves understanding client needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of our products.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead and participate in client-facing implementation projects from discovery to post-go-live support.
* Gather and analyze client business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
* Configure and customize SS&C Fintech products to meet specific client needs and workflows.
* Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and provide training to client end-users.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with internal development, product management, and support teams to resolve issues and provide feedback.
* Document all aspects of the implementation process, including design specifications, configurations, and client sign-offs.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during the initial post-implementation phase.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3-5 years) in a client-facing implementation or consulting role within the financial technology industry.
* Strong understanding of financial market concepts, investment operations, and wealth management processes.
* Experience with financial software platforms, particularly those related to portfolio management, trading, or accounting.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with database querying and manipulation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
