Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to align with evolving client needs. The day is filled with engaging in iterative feedback sessions to validate concepts and gather insights, ensuring that the product direction remains relevant and responsive. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain momentum and deliver value consistently, while adapting plans based on new learnings and market dynamics.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through product management processes.
- Drive prioritization decisions to balance business value, technical feasibility, and customer satisfaction.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements to support product development.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
- Ability to conduct validation and testing of product ideas through structured feedback mechanisms.
- Competence in managing product backlogs and roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of client expectations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
