Job Description

Coordinating the dispatch activities, ensuring that goods or services are delivered to customers or clients on time and in good condition.
Schedule delivery times and routes for drivers or delivery personnel, considering factors such as delivery deadlines, traffic conditions, and delivery distances.
Maintain inventory.
Serve as a point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams, providing updates on delivery statuses, addressing any issues that arise during the dispatch process, and ensuring clear communication throughout.
Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance logs, and customer delivery receipts.
Executives must ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies governing the dispatch process, including safety regulations for transportation and delivery.
