Job Description

Attracting and Identifying Top Talent:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and write compelling job descriptions.
  • Source qualified candidates through online platforms (job boards, social media), professional networks, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
  • Screen resumes and applications, identify potential candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.

Managing the Hiring Process:

  • Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate skills and experience.
  • Utilize appropriate selection methods like skills assessments or tests as needed.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process and provide feedback.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages and extend job offers to top candidates.
  • Maintain all recruitment records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Onboarding New Hires:

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, company orientation, and introductions to the team.

Building Strong Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments.
  • Network with industry professionals to stay updated on talent trends.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dhaba 90's by showcasing company culture during recruitment.


HR Trainer Responsibilities:

Developing Training Programs:

  • Identify training needs based on employee performance reviews, skill gaps, and company goals.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Source or create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in training and development.

Delivering Training:

  • Deliver training programs using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Facilitate interactive sessions to encourage participation and ensure knowledge retention.
  • Utilize adult learning principles to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Evaluating Training Effectiveness:

  • Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Gather feedback from participants and make adjustments to training content as needed.
  • Track training metrics and report on program outcomes to HR leadership.

Additional Responsibilities for Both Roles:

  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support a positive and inclusive work environment.
