Job Description
Attracting and Identifying Top Talent:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and write compelling job descriptions.
- Source qualified candidates through online platforms (job boards, social media), professional networks, and referrals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
- Screen resumes and applications, identify potential candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.
Managing the Hiring Process:
- Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate skills and experience.
- Utilize appropriate selection methods like skills assessments or tests as needed.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process and provide feedback.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages and extend job offers to top candidates.
- Maintain all recruitment records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Onboarding New Hires:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, company orientation, and introductions to the team.
Building Strong Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments.
- Network with industry professionals to stay updated on talent trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dhaba 90's by showcasing company culture during recruitment.
HR Trainer Responsibilities:
Developing Training Programs:
- Identify training needs based on employee performance reviews, skill gaps, and company goals.
- Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Source or create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in training and development.
Delivering Training:
- Deliver training programs using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job coaching.
- Facilitate interactive sessions to encourage participation and ensure knowledge retention.
- Utilize adult learning principles to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Evaluating Training Effectiveness:
- Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and make adjustments to training content as needed.
- Track training metrics and report on program outcomes to HR leadership.
Additional Responsibilities for Both Roles:
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support a positive and inclusive work environment.
