Job Description

Attracting and Identifying Top Talent: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and write compelling job descriptions. Source qualified candidates through online platforms (job boards, social media), professional networks, and referrals. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants. Screen resumes and applications, identify potential candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews. Managing the Hiring Process: Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate skills and experience. Utilize appropriate selection methods like skills assessments or tests as needed. Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process and provide feedback. Negotiate salary and benefits packages and extend job offers to top candidates. Maintain all recruitment records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, company orientation, and introductions to the team. Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments. Network with industry professionals to stay updated on talent trends. Act as a brand ambassador for Dhaba 90's by showcasing company culture during recruitment. HR Trainer Responsibilities: Developing Training Programs: Identify training needs based on employee performance reviews, skill gaps, and company goals. Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for new hires and existing employees. Source or create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in training and development. Delivering Training: Deliver training programs using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job coaching. Facilitate interactive sessions to encourage participation and ensure knowledge retention. Utilize adult learning principles to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Gather feedback from participants and make adjustments to training content as needed. Track training metrics and report on program outcomes to HR leadership. Additional Responsibilities for Both Roles: Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Support a positive and inclusive work environment.
