Responsibilities:

Qualify leads 

Prepare sales proposals and presentations.

Respond to customer inquiries and manage communication effectively.

Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales records and data entry.

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for Customer site

Prepare and distribute sales materials and documents.

Manage expense reports for the sales team.

Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales representatives, and management.

Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
