Summary: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and providing technical solutions using Salesforce technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions using Salesforce technologies. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules. - Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Force.com IDE, and Git. - Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Nagpur office.
