Roles & Responsibilities 1. Sourcing of candidates: Sourcing of CV's as per the requirement through various sources like job portals, posting the requirements/jobs on various portals, validating the profiles, prepare job description, source the right candidate, while posting job on job portal ensure that all the information’s are correct and JD is approved by senior authorities, maintain the tracker for all the requirement, ensure that requisition form has to be signed by technical head and director. 2. Scheduling: Interacting with candidates, handling recruitment at all levels, coordinating and helping team members, collect the feedback of technical round, interviewing the candidates and line up there interviews, before scheduling the interview ensure correct date & time taken from the interviewer, check whether the application form details properly or not, feedback of every candidate is collected and maintain in tracker and file. 3. Document Verification & Reference Check: Collect the entire necessary document from candidate, document verification of the candidates, reference check of the candidates before joining, ensure that all the necessary document are collected on the first day of joining, verify all the photocopy of the document with original, reference check of the candidate is to be done with their reporting head and HR. 4. Salary & Benefit Negotiation: Approve the CTC structure from director, negotiation on the salary part, discuss the benefits & policy with candidate, prepare offer letter & appointment letter. 5. Staffing: On-boarding the new joiners and assisting them be oriented into the division, do all the joining formality, proper filling of all the document of new joiners, explain all the policies, rules and regulation of the company, coordinate with new joiners about challenges they are facing during working, ensure all the joining formality done properly & candidates submit all documents, verify all documents with the original documents. 6. Other: Identify the training need of new joiners, looking after the retention of employee, ensure that proper availability of Manpower in factory, manpower planning month wise. 7. Any other task as assigned by management.
