Job Description

Field Sales Executive – VENSA Skincare

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for a fast-growing skincare brand (VENSA).

Job Role:

  • Visit medical & cosmetic stores daily
  • Generate orders and build retailer network
  • Achieve daily sales targets
  • Maintain daily reporting

Daily Work:

  • 20 shop visits
  • 6–8 orders per day
  • ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 billing target

Products:

  • Sunscreen, Facewash, Bodywash

Requirements:

  • Bike compulsory
  • Basic sales knowledge
  • Marathi/Hindi speaking
  • Hardworking & target-oriented

Salary:

  • ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 fixed
  • Incentives + Petrol allowance
  • Total earning ₹18K–₹22K
