Must have experience: Linux OS, Windows OS (7,8,10,11),Hardware firewall(cyberoam, sophos), troubleshooting,MS outlook (10,13,16), networking, configuring LAN,WAN,VPN and installation of printers Job Responsibilities: 1.Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution 2.Support, Manage, Optimise and Maintain the configuration and installation of the Desktop, to include, but not limited to, patch updates, hardware replacements, with spares provided by vendor 3.Ensure that each Desktop / Laptop Device is installed with the appropriate end compute image 4.Manage Desktop / Laptop / Printer / Projector Devices (hardware and software) incidents through to resolution 5.Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements Requirements/Knowledge: 1.Knowledge and experience on windows10 OS / Linux OS / Mint OS. Experience with Service management tool – Manage Engine 2.Should be aware of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and related activities like spare and buffer stock management Should be able to understand the requirement, perform an assessment Key skills: 1.Experience working within an Agile environment 2.Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills 3.Good Knowledge in ITIL & ITSM Tools Office environment: May require to work in shifts, on-call, weekend and evening work.
