Responsibilities of candidates include: • advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs • help plan trips to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares Identify and manage relationships with experts in the travel industry. Manage professional and social media accounts Post content (articles) on Social Create and manage website content, including surveys, articles, and interviews with clients. Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, and other travel services. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination modes of transportations, travel dates costs and accommodations. Provide relevant information brochures and publications. Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment. Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds. Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends. Enter data into our software and maintain client files. Network with tour operators. Meet profit and sales targets.
