Position: Inside Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, and closing sales. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone or via email. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer inquiries are promptly responded to and that revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• We’ll need someone who has hands on experience in sales

• Relevant experience to evaluate the interest of customers, take leads and sell the farmland to the customer.

• Sunday will be working and Wednesday will be the week-off

• Smart sales driven approach

• Willing to work on shift timings 10:30am-7:30pm.

• To join in 2 weeks of time

• Salary and incentives will be discussed during the face to face interview

• Qualify leads and develop a thorough understanding of their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to facilitate the sales process.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations that meet the needs of prospects.

• Close deals over the phone or via email.

• Track all interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
