Working Shift:
1st Shift - 6 AM to 3 PM
2nd Shift - 2 PM to 11PM
Rotational Off (Saturday or Sunday)

Handle customer inquiries through call, and email

Maintain a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Basic knowledge of excel
