Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

· Develop a deep understanding of the company.

· Use various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social networking.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

· Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for exhibit space and sponsorships.

· Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching the value proposition of participating in the event to potential exhibitors.

· Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.

· Compile and analyse data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.

· Create and schedule social media posts and monitor engagement.

· Assist in content creation, emails, and promotional materials.

· Help organize and coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows.

· Follow up with clients and prospects to schedule meetings and appointments.

· Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

· Self-motivated and results-oriented

· May require travel to meet clients or attend conferences and trade shows.

· Proficiency in English

· Ability to use E-mail marketing using professional communication skills.
