We have successfully reached 10 lakh + customers from our website, and via major marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, etc. We are launching our brand’s products in Shoppers Stop at Orion Mall, Panvel. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help drive sales while providing top-notch customer service.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, engage with them to understand their needs, and assist them in finding the right products, and answer their queries.
• Sales Promotion: Actively promote and upsell our brand's products by highlighting features, benefits, and special offers to encourage additional purchases. Strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Replenish stock and maintain displays to enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior retail or sales experience is preferred but NOT mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Fluency in English is preferred but NOT mandatory.
• Willingness to learn: Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, and learning on the go how to convince customers to purchase the brand’s products
• Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchases.
• Appearance: Presentable and professional appearance in line with the store's standards.
