Job Title: Telesales Executive (Day Shift)

Process: Stock Market Broker

Location: Ghansoli

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

*Job Summary:*

Work as a stock broker & drive sales growth by engaging potential customers, promoting products/services. A dynamic role for a motivated self-starter!

• Trade Execution: Places buy and sell orders on behalf of clients. 
• Market Access: Provides access to stock exchanges like the BSE and NSE. 
• Advisory Services: Offers market analysis, stock recommendations, and guidance. 
• Portfolio Management: Helps manage and adjust investment portfolios. 
• Record Keeping: Maintains transaction records and client statements

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to prospects, introduce products/services, and generate leads.

- Address customer queries, handle objections, and close sales.

- Maintain accurate call logs, track progress, and meet daily targets.

- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies.

*Requirements:*

- 0–2 years of experience in telesales/BPO.

- Excellent communication skills in local languages.

- Comfortable with target-driven environment.

- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office).
