Job Description
The B2B Corporate Sales manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new corporate clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their business objectives and providing customized solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with corporate clients to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management to track performance against targets and objectives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times while representing the company professionally in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
