Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Business Development Manager to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, and driving sales for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, meetings, and networking
• Handle client inquiries and provide project information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Coordinate with the sales team to close deals
• Conduct client meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain records of leads and sales activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in real estate or property sales
• Female candidate preferred
