Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Computer Operator Cum Cashier to manage daily parking operations, billing, cash handling, and computer entries at the multilevel car parking facility of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally in a hospital environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesComputer OperationsOperate parking software and computerized billing system.
• Generate parking tickets and receipts.
• Maintain vehicle entry and exit records.
• Prepare daily transaction and collection reports.
• Handle Fastag/online payment entries if applicable.
• Maintain proper data records and Excel sheets.
• Cashier ResponsibilitiesCollect parking charges from customers.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and digital payments.
• Maintain accurate cash balance during shift.
• Submit daily cash collection reports to management.
• Ensure proper billing and avoid cash discrepancies.
• Customer HandlingGuide patients and visitors regarding parking procedures.
• Resolve basic customer complaints politely.
• Coordinate with security and parking staff for smooth traffic flow.
• Administrative DutiesMaintain shift handover records.
• Inform supervisor about software/system issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and discipline at cashier cabin.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducational QualificationMinimum 12th Pass.
• Basic computer certification preferred.
• Skills RequiredKnowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and billing software.
• Basic typing skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
• ExperienceFresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Experience in parking, cashier, toll, hospital, or retail operations preferred.
